For years I have been a scoffer at the coffee enema, but recently I developed liver problems, and I decided to give a coffee enema a try. My first experience was something of a disappointment, as I did not get buzzed or calmed, didn’t feel much of anything except the concern that I had wasted a lot of time.
Nevertheless, since there were no bad side effects, including the vague nausea I have always experienced afterward when forced to endure a cleansing enema for medical reasons, I decided to go forward with a month-long regimen of double coffee enemas every other day (1 quart retained, followed by another quart retained. One week into that, I was feeling great and I upped the enemas to once a day.
I wake up every day eagerly anticipating my enemas. They are a joy to take – no difficulty whatsoever in taking or holding. They feel marvelous throughout all stages, as there is no resistance to taking in the solution (as soapsuds causes,) and the feeling about 5 minutes into retention is indescribable. It is a slow crescendo of a sense of well-being which, upon completion of the process, culminates in absolute euphoria, lasting for hours. This is truly unlike any enema experience I have ever had.
I have nearly completed my 4 week experiment and I cannot believe how wonderful I feel. Total rejuvenation! My skin actually glows. I am free of liver pain and hoping that will continue.
I cannot believe that an enema, which I once considered the diabolical invention of medical sadists, has become such a pleasant, health-giving and transforming ritual.
I should add that, at the recommendation of a naturopath I take chlorella tablets before my coffee enemas and put a spoonful of chlorella powder and a dropper full of liquid milk thistle extract in the enema mixture for binding toxins and liver cleansing. I have also found that a retention nozzle, which I once thought was something only a wuss would rely on, instead gives me a great sense of security, and allows me to relax completely and concentrate on healing.
Please, anyone out there who has prejudice against enemas due to bad memories of painful and humiliating procedures, or just fears and doubts about this miraculous aid to good health, lay them aside, and just try it. If it doesn’t work for you, it was just a harmless experiment, but if it does work, it can be a transcendant moment.
