An American Nightmare

Sandy and I arrived back from Mexico at 8 pm, Saturday, July 15, 2006.

When we arrived home I was exhausted from driving 9 hours on Thursday (from Walnut Creek to the Mexican border) and on Friday spending four hours in vehicles with no A/C (riding to and from Mexico in the hotel bus and, in between, taking an old Taxi an hour down the coast of Mexico and back) and on Saturday driving 9 hours back to Walnut Creek.

As we unpacked, Sandy said when she gets better she is going to write a book about what she’s been going through for the past five years and call it “An American Nightmare.”
